Sales Accounting Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling operation in total sales accounts and proposing KPI's to optimize
cost reduction, handle and manage Sales result, Pricing, AR, Inventory, Trade promotion,
Marketing expenses…
- To handle and manage Tax related Sales AccountingSection:
•VAT
•CIT ((Non)-deductible expense – especially for Marketing expenses)
- Analyze monthly, quaterly, annual financial activities and make financial reports for TOP
management.
- Compile and adjust sales accounts by cooporatingwith each Sales Team.
- Improve and implement new accounting process and accounting system to optimize work load.
Job Summary:
- Establishment and maintenance of systems and procedures to produce reliable, timely and
relevant operational and financial information. Ensure a smooth operation in Finance &
Accounting Department, especially for areas: Sales Accounting section.
- Assist internal and external auditors in ensuringthat audits are completed on time by the year–
end through collaborating sufficiently and providing the necessary data.
- Ensure a full compliance with Group guideline, IFRS (International Financial Reporting
Standard, VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standard) for related areas.
- Assist in built up business analysis report.
- Contribute to the Company and Departments target and goal.
- Other tasks designated by Department Manager, Executive Manager and Director.

Requirements:
1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial & Accounting/ Economic/ Business Administration
2. Skills:
- Excellent command for both written and spoken in English.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), MS Dynamic Navision and ERP
systems is advantage.
- Good knowledge in Sales Accounting and Tax field
